The half hour special Hopscotch and the Christmas Tree has been presold to the following broadcasters: V-Me (US Hispanic), RTV Slovakia, ERR Estonia, Latvian TV and LRT Lithuania. The Finnish national broadcaster YLE also acquired it.
The special has also been picked up by the French distributor KMBO Films for theatrical, video, TV and VOD rights in French speaking Europe.
Hopscotch and the Christmas Tree is produced by Lithuania’s Kinomind Films in coproduction with Ink and Light, that have bases in Finland and Ireland. The Lithuanian Film Centre is supporting.
A Happy Go Hopscotch series is currently in development, thanks to the development funding from Creative Europe.
