Over 100 feature, documentary and short films were screened in 14 programmes including 13 titles in the main feature film competition. The international jury was composed of Paul René Roestad (Norway, president), Luca Coassin (Italy), Jani-Petteri Passi (Finland), Erol Zubcevic (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Darijan Pejovski (Macedonia).
Macedonian writer/director Milcho Manchevski was handed the Special Camera 300 Award for Special Contribution to World Cinema Art at the closing ceremony.
The festival opened with Bulgarian/German/Macedonian coproduction Directions / Posoki by Stefan Komandarev (Argo Film). This year the festival organised focuses on Austria and Denmark, a European cinema programme (with seven titles selected), an international competition for documentaries (with seven titles selected) and an international competition for short films (with 11 titles selected).
The festival is supported by the Macedonian Film Agency and the Muncipality of Bitola.
