Taking place in four locations (Cinema Millennium, Cinema Frosina, Cinematheque of Macedonia and Kotur Cafe), the festival will screen 58 films in 11 sections: Opening, Gala Screenings, Special Screenings, French Focus, European Film Program, Queer Film Days, Panorama of World Cinema, Short Movies, Documentary Movies, Macedonian Production and Homage to Meto Jovanovski. The festival will also host a number of workshops, guests, presentations and discussions.
The documentary film Pepe, a Sublime Life / El Pepe, Una Vida Suprema by Serbian director Emir Kusturica will be screened in the Gala Screenings.
The Skopje Film Festival is organised with support from the North Macedonia Film Agency and the City of Skopje.
