Magical Book of Adventure is produced by FUMI Studio Sp. z o.o. (www.fumistudio.com). The project received financial support from the Polish Film Institute (www.pisf.pl) in the amount of 181,500 PLN (44,210 EUR). The budget is expected to be 12-16 m PLN.
“We are fully aware that the project of a full-length family feature animated film needs international support,” Maria Deskur, Fumi Studio’s managing director, told FNE.
The animated story has a fairyland setting. After the death of the wise and judicious king, his two sons should take over his reign. However, disagreement between the brothers leads to partition and a fight for leadership. A young hunter from one side falls in love with a girl from the opposite group, with love bringing a resolution to the problems.
