"Taboo is one of the most watched shows in the National Geographic Channel program offer in the world. We are hoping that the local production of this format will combine the synergy and professionals coming from both our brands and companies which will allow us to present Polish taboo topics and Polish protagonists in a way that will be successful on the Polish market," said Magdalena Szwedkowicz, the supervising producer from National Geographic Channel.
The 12-episode first season of the show will be the first documentary series that National Geographic Channel will fully produce in Poland. TTV was chosen to partner up with NGC on this project because of the station’s vast experience in producing this type of show.
