Curious Distribution is distributing the film in both territories, producer Opus Film told FNE.

The film is one of the most sought after Polish titles of the last decade, with regular distribution in over 30 territories outside Poland including France (where it became third best-attended  Polish film of all time), Spain, Italy, Belgium, Scandinavia and recently Canada and the United States of America, where the picture made over 175,000 USD in its first 10 days in distribution.

Ida will open in over a dozen cities in Australia and New Zealand. The film, starring Agata Kulesza and Agata Trzebuchowska, was produced by Opus Film in coproduction with Canal+ Cyfrowy and Phoenix Film Investment.
