The film is a video-art para documentary following Adam, a literature scholar who has a hard time in making a connecting with the surrounding world after he survives an accident. He quits his job and becomes a store cashier in order to have more time to study Dante's Divine Comedy. The film is both a visual experiment and a tribute to Majewski's beloved city Katowice.
"These are intimate visions, things that are in my head that are taking place in Katowice. Why Katowice? I was born there, I lived all over the world, but the visions that I have are usually connected with this place," Majewski told FNE.
The film was shot on location all over the Silesia region, including the Polish Painting Gallery, a supermarket, the streets of Katowice and the Museum of Silesia in October and November of 2012. The film was produced by Stowarzyszenie Twórców i Mecenasów Kultury i Nauki Angelus Silesius, and co-produced by Cecchi Gori Home Video, Bokomotiv Filmproduktion AB, Silesia-Film, Odeon Rybarczyk Productions, 24 Media, and emAudio. The budget of the film is 2.8 m PLN with 1 m PLN
from the Polish Film Institute. Majewski's application for PISF financing was graded as "excellent" by the Institute’s experts. The leading role is played by Michał Tatarek making his feature debut with this film.
