They received the biggest grants of 1.2 m PLN / 283,448 EUR each.

The minority coproduction fund was launched at the beginning of 2016 with a three person expert committee headed by Andrzej Jakimowski with Jan Naszewski and Jakub Duszyński. In the course of 2016, three financing sessions took place and 44 projects of international coproductions with minority Polish coproducers applied for funding. Of those, 15 feature projects (including three debuts) received a total of 7.6 m PLN / 1.7 m EUR of financing from the Polish Film Institute.
