KRAKOW: Krakow Film Festival has been included in the Documentary Feature Qualifying Festival List. The Golden Horn laureates will now be eligible to submit for Oscar consideration.
The Documentary Feature Qualifying Festival List has been established by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences in 2018 and include 28 festivals, the other CEE documentary film festival being the Jihlava International Documentary FF.
This year the Golden Horn went to Talal Derki for Of Fathers and Sons, a coproduction between Germany, Syria and Lebanon.
