HBO Europe Appoints Harrison as COO

    BUDAPEST: HBO Europe (www.hbo-europe.com) announced the appointment of Will Harrison to the new position of Chief Operating Officer.

     

    Harrison will take up the post in January 2013, based in Budapest and reporting to HBO Europe CEO Linda Jensen.

    He served on the HBO Central Europe board and previously worked at Disney, Time Warner, A&E Television Networks, and Spectrum Strategy Consultants.

    Harrison comes to HBO Europe from Vicat Media, a TV and film business consultancy he founded. In a statement, Jensen, CEO said that Harrison’s “wide international experience with some of the leading companies in the television business will prove invaluable to HBO Europe as we develop our markets."
