The festival devotes a special section to films from Poland and its partner festival there, T-Mobile New Horizons in Wroclaw, and will have two focus sections, one on Vietnamese immigrants living in Central Europe and a second on Belarus. Czech and Polish films figure prominently in the festival’s National Hits Section.
