Polish TV visa denied

Agnieszka Romaszewska-Guzy, director of Polish TV's Belsat channel, has been denied a visa to attend the Minsk Forum conference in Belarus.

According to Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, the director was to attend a conference sponsored by German-Belarusian Friendship Society and the German Embassy.

Belsat TV was established by Polish TV (www.tvp.pl) its base in Warsaw.
