Bucharest International Film Festival is one of the most prestigious national film festivals, as proven by the massive audience at its foregoing editions, with a total of 19,000 tickets sold (let alone the fact that students were entitled to free entrance), and positive reviews in the media, along with its unique identity and the complexity of its film categories.
