The film is produced by the Romanian company MDV, and received €340,000 from the National Centre for Cinema (http://www.cncinema.abt.ro) in 2007.
Discussion are underway with a German co-producer, and a new draft of the screenplay is expected to be finish this month by Tudor Voican (California Dreamin' ( Endless)).
The Romanian co-producers are Abis Studio (www.abisstudio.ro) and Silver Bullet (www.silverbulletfilm.ro). Dan Burlac is executive producer. The DOP it's highly to be Viorel Sergovici.
The producer of the film, Mihai Orăşanu, told FNE that the project has an estimated budget of €900,000. He is planning to shoot in winter-spring 2010. There will be 38 days shooting schedule. The main location has already been chosen: an old manor in Hereşti, not far from Bucharest.
The cast is not yet set.
