Six Serbian documentary projects have been selected for the works in progress programme, to be presented on 11 May to a panel of ten commissioning editors.
Twelve films will screen in the International Competition including Michal Glawogger’s posthumously edited final documentary footage, while eight domestic documentaries will be shown in the Serbian Competition programme.
The thematic categories at this year’s festival are: Serbian Documentary Showcase, a Goran Marković Retrospective, a Aliona van der Horst Retrospective, Music Documentaries, Millennium Reality from a Female Perspective, Beldocs Special: Creation vs. Destruction, Feel Good Movies and Biographical Documentaries.
The International Competition Jury is composed of Mladen Kovačević, Thierry Detaille and Tea Lukač, and the Serbian Competition Jury is made up of Andreas Horvath, Robert Zuber and Adrijana Stojković.
