"Honeymoon", dir. Jan HrebejkTORONTO: Juraj Lehotsky's Miracle, his second feature following the prize-winning 2008 docu Blind Loves, will screen at the Toronto IFF's Discovery section, following up its victory at the Karlovy Vary IFF, where the story of a troubled teen who turns to life on the streets won a special mention in the East of the West competition in July.
Jan Hrebejk, with his first Slovak co-production, Honeymoon (Libanky, www.libankyfilm.cz/), meanwhile, is headed to Toronto for the sixth time, where he'll screen in the Contemporary World Cinema section. The popular audience feature, focusing on a wedding gone awry, has had a significant post-fest presence in the Czech Republic.
