Czechs, Slovaks Buy into TV Poker

    Slovak poker ace Dag Palovič is one of the main stars of a made-for-TV poker competition produced by leading Czech commercial channel Nova TV.

    Palovič, age 36, is a former child actor and Bratislava media executive.

    According to Slovak Spectator, the show is due to air in spring 2011.

    Nova is owned by Central European Media Enterprises, CME (www.cetv-net.com)
