The jury of the International Golden Tulip Competition is presided by Rolf de Heer and includes Bence Fliegauf, George Ovashvili, Čedomir Kolar and Melisa Sözen, who will judge 12 films. The International Golden Tulip Award will be given in memory of Şakir Eczacıbaşı, former chairman of IKSV and co-founder of the Istanbul Film Festival.
The National Golden Tulip Competition will feature nine films, of which six are world premieres.
New sections have been added to the programme, such as Family Ties, Balkans: Cinema of Flames, German Animation Cinema and Special Screenings: Little Truths.
