Described by Roeg as a story "about happiness, grief, fear, loneliness, hope and love," Puffball casts Donald Sutherland, the star of Roeg's cult film Don't Look Now along with Kelly Reilly, Richardson and Rita Tishingham.
Richardson, who has proved her versatility in a number of critically acclaimed stage and screen roles, will attend the film screening together with director Roeg.
The film, a fairy-tale about sex, birth and female identity, marks Roeg's screen reunion with Donald Sutherland in a brief yet intriguing role.
The International Eurasia Film Festival begins Oct. 19.
