FNE at Jihlava IDFF: Fifteen CEE Films in Jihlava’s Between the Seas Competition

    JIHLAVA: Austria has an especially strong presence in the competition of Central European films, Between the Seas, at the 22nd Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival, which runs 25 – 30 October 2018.

    The selection covers a wide range of territories, from Azerbaijan to Estonia. Five films are Austrian productions or coproductions, and Azerbaijani director Hilal Bayderov holds the unique distinction of having two long documentary films in the competition.
