The map, published in English only, is the brainchild of Czech Film Commission head Ludmila Clausova. It indicates sites that have been used for some of the more than 50 foreign film shot in the Czech Republic. Clausova told Prague Radio that she got the idea when she was stopped by tourists asking where Milos Forman's Oscar-winning U.S. movie Amadeus was filmed. Clausova said that rather than feature all the films made in Prague, the map spotlights the best known movies internationally.
