The market, the largest in North-Eastern Europe, brings together project representatives with potential financiers and decision makers from the international film industry in a series of one-on-one meetings, along with presentations of the regional film industry.
Twelve feature film projects will be selected for Baltic Event CoProduction Market. Additionally, this year ten film projects will be presented in the Baltic Bridge East by West programme – five from
Western Europe and five from the CIS countries and Georgia – and regional scriptwriters platform POWR Baltic Stories Exchange will present eight projects.
The Baltic Event is accepting feature length film projects from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, and Russia and the Ukraine. Projects should be suitable for international coproduction and have a completed screenplay and national funding in place.
