Bratislava: A Russian movie for children, The Snow Queen 2, based on the classic fairy tale, is leading the TOP 10 of the last weekend in Slovak Cinemas.

BRATISLAVA: The Slovak Film Union, Literary Fund and Union of Slovak Television Creators (IGRIC) have announced their awards for the best Slovak films in 2014. This year the IGRIC prize for best feature was not awarded.

BRATISLAVA: Jan Hřebejk started shooting on a new feature film The Teacher on 8 August 2015. The premiere is planned for autumn 2016.
BRATISLAVA: Iveta Grófová has begun filming her second feature, a Slovak/Czech/Hungarian coproduction entitled She Is a Harbour.
